BD235 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 25 @ 1A 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two. With a collector emitter saturation voltage of 600mV, it offers maximum design flexibility. As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 600mV @ 100mA, 1A.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 5V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved. In definition, current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and the current rating of this device is 2A.Single BJT transistor contains a transSingle BJT transistorion frequency of 3MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 2A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
