BU931P Product Details
BU931P Overview
As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 300 @ 5A 10V.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.6V.A VCE saturation indicates a maximum value of Ic (saturation), and a maximum value of VCE saturation (Max).A constant collector voltage of 15A is necessary for high efficiency. The emitter base voltage can be kept at 5V for high efficiency.According to definition, current rating describes the maximum current a fuse can carry indefinitely without deteriorating too much, and this device has no current rating.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 15A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
BU931P Features
the DC current gain for this device is 300 @ 5A 10V a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.6V the vce saturation(Max) is 1.8V @ 250mA, 10A the emitter base voltage is kept at 5V the current rating of this device is 15A
BU931P Applications
There are a lot of STMicroelectronics BU931P applications of single BJT transistors.
