E-L4960 Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the Heptawatt-7 (Vertical, Bent and Staggered Leads) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. Through Hole-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. -40°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 100kHz~150kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 9V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5.1V. As a result of the 2.5A output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 46V. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the L4960 family. A voltage of 40V volts can be produced by voltage regulator.
