L4974A Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 20 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package to save space. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Through Hole mounting bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 100kHz~200kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 15V is required for this voltage regulator to operate.
