L6983C33QTR Overview
There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~150°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 200kHz~2.2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3.5V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 3.3V.
