Description
With an input voltage range of 1.25 V to 6.0 V and a typical dropout voltage of 130 mV, the LD39200PUR produces a maximum current of 2 A.
Ceramic capacitors on the output (10 F) keep it stable.
At 1 kHz, the typical power supply rejection ratio is 70 dB and begins to roll off at 20 kHz.
The enable logic control function turns the LD39200PUR off, lowering the overall current usage to 10 nanoamps (typ.).
A special pin is available for the Power Good flag.
Reverse current protection, short-circuit constant current limit, and thermal protection are all included in the device.
Telecom infrastructure and consumer applications are typical applications.
