MJ4035 Product Details
MJ4035 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 1000 @ 10A 3V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 2.5V allows maximum design flexibility.A VCE saturation indicates a maximum value of Ic (saturation), and a maximum value of VCE saturation (Max).Single BJT transistor is recommended to keep the continuous collector voltage at 16A in order to achieve high efficiency.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 5V.Fuse current ratings refer to how much current the fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and this device has a current rating of 16A.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 16A volts.
MJ4035 Features
the DC current gain for this device is 1000 @ 10A 3V a collector emitter saturation voltage of 2.5V the vce saturation(Max) is 4V @ 80mA, 16A the emitter base voltage is kept at 5V the current rating of this device is 16A
MJ4035 Applications
There are a lot of STMicroelectronics MJ4035 applications of single BJT transistors.
