STBV32G Product Details
STBV32G Overview
The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 5 @ 1A 2V.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 1.5V @ 500mA, 1.5A.Continuous collector voltage should be kept at 1.5A for high efficiency. An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 9V to gain high efficiency.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 1.5A volts.
STBV32G Features
the DC current gain for this device is 5 @ 1A 2V the vce saturation(Max) is 1.5V @ 500mA, 1.5A the emitter base voltage is kept at 9V
STBV32G Applications
There are a lot of STMicroelectronics STBV32G applications of single BJT transistors.
