In this device, the DC current gain is 10 @ 400mA 5V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.Single BJT transistor has a collector emSingle BJT transistorter saturation voltage of 400mV, which allows maximum flexibilSingle BJT transistory in design.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.Single BJT transistor is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency by maintaining the emSingle BJT transistorter base voltage at 9V.This device has a current rating of 1A which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.When collector current reaches its maximum, it can reach 1A volts.
