STM32F413ZHT6 Description
The STM32F413XG/H device is based on a high-performance ARM Cortex - M4 32-bit RISC core and operates at up to 100 MHz. Its Cortex - M4 core uses floating-point unit (FPU) single-precision, supporting all ARM single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also implements a complete set of DSP instructions and memory protection unit (MPU) to enhance the security of the application. STM32F413XG/H devices belong to the STM32F4 Access product line, which combines energy efficiency, performance, and integration, while adding a new and innovative feature called batch acquisition Mode (BAM), which saves more power during batch processing. The STM32F413XG/H device integrates high-speed embedded memory (up to 1.5m bytes of flash memory, 320K bytes of SRAM), as well as various enhanced iCandle O and peripherals connected to two APB buses, three AHB buses and a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix. All devices offer a 12-bit ADC, two 12-bit DAC, a low-power RTC, 12 general-purpose 16-bit timers, including two PWM timers for motor control, two general-purpose 32-bit timers and a low-power timer.
