STM32F765VGT7 Description
The STM32F765VGT7 device is built around the powerful 32-bit RISC Arm? Cortex?-M7 processor, which can run up to 216 MHz. A floating point unit (FPU) that supports Arm? single-precision and double-precision data-processing instructions and data formats is a feature of the Cortex?-M7 core. Additionally, it incorporates a memory protection unit (MPU) that improves program security and the whole range of DSP instructions.
The STM32F765VGT7 device incorporates high-speed embedded memories with a Flash memory of up to 2 Mbytes, 512 Kbytes of SRAM (including 128 Kbytes of Data TCM RAM for critical real-time data), 16 Kbytes of Instruction TCM RAM (for essential real-time routines), and 4 Kbytes of backup SRAM available in the lowest power modes), as well as a wide variety of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses, a 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix and a multi-layer AXI interconnect supporting internal and external memories access.
All of the devices include a genuine random number generator, two general-purpose 32-bit timers, twelve general-purpose 16-bit timers, three 12-bit ADCs, two DACs, and a low-power RTC, and two PWM timers for motor control (RNG).
