TS331ICT is a member of single micropower low-voltage, rail-to-rail comparators developed by STMicroelectronics. It is well suited for low-voltage applications based on its rail-to-rail inputs. It operates from a supply voltage with a range from 1.6 V to 5 V with a typical current consumption as low as 20 μA. It is available in a tiny package of SOT23-5/SC70-5 or DFN6 1.2x1.3 for the purpose of saving board space. TS331ICT is characterized by a wide temperature range, low output saturation voltage, and low propagation delay, which makes it suitable for various applications.
