TS393CS Overview
Electronic comparator is packaged in SOP for convenient transportation.For normal use of the device, the nominal supply current should be 1mA .Current supply exceeding 1mA could cause disfunction of the compartator.Temperature higher than 70°C is not recommended.Temperature lower than 0°C is not suitable for the it.The maximal supply voltage of the comparator is 36V .This comparator allows minimum supply voltage of 2V .2 channels cooperate together to maintain the output quality.The output current of this device is rated 16mA .
