These photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) to protect them from damage. The photodiodes are put into 0806 (2015 Metric) packages for safety protection. In reverse-bias mode on a continual basis, the maximum amount of voltage the photodiodes can withstand is 6V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 6V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The temperature should not be higher than 85°C when photodiodes operate. But the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -20°C. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 10nA current.
