Extended operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. It comes from the Sitara™ series. This CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. This CPU uses LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features CAN, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.3V.
