CD74HC4067ME4 Overview
Packed in SOIC, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Rail/Tube is used to provide high reliability. There are 24 terminations totally. By its 16 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 4.5V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 24 pins are injected to the electronic part body. This digital multiplexer has 160Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 24 pins functions. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 6V. A cost-effective Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 2V. 8μA current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. The electrical component supports 16 inputs. This switch operates within the bandwidth of 89MHz. The switches should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 125°C. 1 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
