This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency.
