DAC7563TDSCT Overview

It is supplied in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 5.5V. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~125°C when operating. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of saving space.
