DAC8162TDSCT Overview
There is a 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package that includes this component. An electrical supply voltage of 5.5V powers it. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~125°C when the device is operating. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR). In total, it has a total of 10 terminations.
