In order to protect the op amps, a TO-99-8 Metal Can case is used. An op amp ic of the Differential type. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tube case. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 8. In this case, there are 8 pins on the board. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 15V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier.
