ISO7760DBQR Description


According to UL 1577, the ISO776x devices are high-performance, six-channel digital isolators with isolation values of 5000-VRMS (DW package) and 3000-VRMS (DBQ package). Also, this device family has received certification from the VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC. The ISO776x series of devices isolates CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os while offering good electromagnetic protection and low emissions at low power consumption. A double capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier separates the logic-input and logic-output buffers in each isolation channel. Any pin configurations that could result in all six channels pointing in the same direction, one, two, or three channels pointing in reverse while the remaining channels are pointing forward are all accessible for the ISO776x family of devices.
