This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. This harley voltage regulator has 16 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz~1.5MHz.
