TO-92 is used to simplify the process.Different functions are terminated with 3.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.49V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above NOT SPECIFIED.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.It is tested at 2.54V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.There is 2.44V less than 2.44V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.Temperatures at ambient are as low as 85°C.There should be -25°C temperature at the bottom of the voltage reference ic.
