LM25017MR/NOPB Product Details

LM25017MR/NOPB Overview

There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tube package. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of Up to 1MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 7.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 48V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 9V for the purposes of operation. As part of the LM25017 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 40V volts. The switching regulator operation of the system is controlled by 8 pins. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 1.225V volts at all times. A maximum output current of 650mA A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximal output voltage of 40V allows adjusting voltage regulator for simple operation. An output voltage of 40V is provided by this regulator voltage. An external factor does not affect harley voltage regulator's ability to consume 1.75mA A of quiescent current.
