There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. The space-saving SC-74A, SOT-753 package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 1.4MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.7V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.2A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 14V for this voltage regulator 12v. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V for operation.
