LM339N Description


LM339N comparator is equipped with four independent voltage comparators inside the voltage comparator chip. LM339N four-way differential comparator is a common integrated circuit and is mainly used in high-voltage digital logic gate circuits. The use of circuits can easily form a variety of voltage comparator circuits and oscillator circuits. LM339N circuit can also directly interface with TTL and CMOS circuits.
