A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. This harley voltage regulator has 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 2MHz. Input voltage 2.7V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
