For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 5-XFBGA package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -30°C~85°C TA. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 3MHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate.
