LM4040C25ILP Overview
A handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Bulk package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 3.Voltage reference with ±0.5% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 2.5V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference ic is settled with 3 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Through Hole is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "LM4040" for other relevant parts.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 15mA.The maximum output voltage is 2.5V.Its cathode current should generally be 80μA.There is 2.5V voltage output lower than 2.5V from the voltage reference ic.The supply voltage must be 5V.What are the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the voltage reference ic?In spite of variations in external conditions, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 2.5V.
