LM4040CIZ-4.1 Overview

Uses the handy TO-92 package. The external packaging contains Bulk.It is coupled to an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.Part 3 has its pins 3 settled. It can be used by applications with 10mA inputs. There is Through Hole suitable application for Through Hole.It is impossible to expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 15mA in this case.A high-quality communication channel is not available at the moment. It should be operated at a temperature not exceeding 85°C.Temperatures as low as -40°C degrees Celsius are not an issue. It outputs voltage 4.1V.
