LM5000SDX-3 Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 300kHz 700kHz. DC DC switching regulator's 1.35A Switch output current allows for maximum design flexibility. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 40V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 12V as the nominal input voltage.
