LM5020SD-1 Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 8V~15V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz~630kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Frequency Control, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters.
