In the 16-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.5V~75V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 50kHz~1MHz . The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general.
