LM50CIM3X Overview
It is for safety reasons that these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is important to ensure the safety of the analog sensors by packaging them in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. In order to operate properly, this sensor has 3 pins. The electronic part has 3 terminations. As long as the analog sensors are operating, the current supplied by the sensors could be 10mA. If an analog sensor has an GND terminal, the current flowing from it should be 130μA. To function, this sensor requires 10mA of power.
