Capsuled in the 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.5V~65V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at Up to 1MHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
