LM5170PHPR Overview

The switching controller fits in the 48-TQFP Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 6V~85V. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 50kHz~500kHz position. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general.
