optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 10 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~150°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.8V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 5V. As a result of the 650mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 36V.
