LM53625LQRNLRQ1 Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 22 terminations were made. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 22-VFQFN package to save space. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. A Surface Mount, Wettable Flank mounting is required for this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2.1MHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3.9V.
