LMK03000DISQ/NOPB Overview

As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input.
