LMX2487SQ/NOPB Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V.
