OPA627AP Description 


OPA6x7 DIFET operational amplifiers provide a new level of performance in precision FET operational amplifiers. Compared with the popular OPA111 operational amplifier, OPA6x7 has lower noise, lower offset voltage and higher speed. OPA6x7 is suitable for a wide range of precision and high-speed analog circuits. OPA6x7 is manufactured on a high-speed dielectric isolation complementary NPN/PNP process. It works in a wide range of supply voltages from + 4.5V to + 18V. Laser trimming Difet input circuit provides high precision and low noise performance comparable to the best bipolar input operational amplifier.The high-frequency complementary transistor increases the circuit bandwidth and achieves the dynamic performance that can not be achieved by the previous precision FEI operational amplifiers. The OPA627 performance is stable. The gain of the OPA637 is stable in the range of 5 or more.
