REF3040AIDBZRG4 Overview
An easy-to-use TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.2% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 4.096V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.In the voltage reference ic, there are 3 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~125°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "REF3040".A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 25mA.It is not possible for the voltage reference ic to output a voltage lower than 4.096V.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 5.5V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 4.146V at a minimum.An input voltage of 4.146V~5.5V is common for the voltage reference ic.As long as the voltage reference circuit is idle, 42μA is used.There is 50μA supply current flowing through the voltage reference circuit.It requires at least 4.097V voltage to get the voltage reference ic to run, according to the record.It is possible for parts to be damaged when the current exceeds 50μA.
