REF3240AIDBVT Overview
A handy package called SOT-23-6 is used.It is used as a voltage reference and is controlled by Series.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) variable is used in this program.The 6 terminations have a variety of functions.A precise voltage reference must have a tolerance of ±0.2%.The reference voltage is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.On the basis of the test statistics, 4.096V voltage is output.The output of 1 is sufficient.Input is taken from a Fixed form.6 pins are included in the voltage reference ic.Temperatures should not rise above 260 during reflow soldering.The voltage reference ic has 6 pins that are settled.For PCB designs that require high precision, Surface Mount is available.Working within -40°C~125°C TA is my area of expertise.By searching "REF3240, you can find more relevant parts.In this case, you cannot expect the voltage reference ic to output more current than 10mA.High-quality communication can be achieved through 1 channels.A maximum voltage of 4.096V is generated by it.Its lowest voltage output is 4.088V.Since the voltage reference ic has a maximum input voltage of 5.5V, users should limit their voltage accordingly.There is a requirement for a 5V supply voltage.A 4.146V~5.5V voltage input is common with the voltage reference ic.Idling uses 120μA.There is 100μA current supplied to it.Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) are present in the voltage reference circuit?4.096V matter what the external conditions are, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 4.096V.As the record shows, the voltage reference ic requires at least 4.146V voltage to run.A current greater than 120μA may lead to improper operation and possibly damage to parts.
