The linear amplifier is packaged in a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the Differential-type. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used for delivering the op amp. The number of terminations approaches 8.
