A handy TO-92 package is used.Various functions terminate at 3.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC ANALOG CIRCUIT.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below NOT SPECIFIED during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference circuit can be used in a variety of applications as a type of Power Management Circuits.The supply voltage must be 5V.To supply it, a voltage of 4V is required.The maximum ambient temperature is 125°C.It should be -55°C at the bottom of the voltage reference circuit.A 5/12V power supply is recommended.
