TLV3501AQDBVRQ1 Description

The TLV3501AQDBVRQ1 push-pull output comparators have a 4.5-ns propagation latency. They can operate between 2.7 and 5.5 V. It's useful for low-voltage applications because of its beyond-the-rails input common-mode range. The rail-to-rail output directly drives either CMOS or TTL logic.
