Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 14-XFQFN case. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. There is a Cut Tape (CT) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. It is estimated that there will be 14 terminations in the next few months. The linear amplifier should be run at 5V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it.
