Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 14-XFQFN case. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. There is a Cut Tape (CT) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. It is estimated that there will be 14 terminations in the next few months.
