SOT-23 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Adjustable, Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have 0.5% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.24V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.It can be used with 70mA inputs.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 80mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 18V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 100μA.Since the part's max input voltage is 20V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 125°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of -40°C.Voltage 18V is outputted.
