Capsuled in the 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. A 2.25V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 600kHz with this switching controller.
