Capsuled in the 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. DC control operates at 4.5V~25V volts and has 4.5V~25V supply voltage. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. It can switch at 200kHz.
